Mark Marino created this special gravity knife website to highlight an important part of his practice – getting results for those who were arrested, convicted, fined, or spent time in jail only because they bought gravity knives that came right off a store shelf.  He also helps them bring lawsuits for money damages.  Storeowners sold the knives and others paid for their negligence.

Mark Marino received his training at Kirkland & Ellis
and McGuire Woods, some of the largest and most well-respected law firms in the country, as well as a high-profile New York personal injury firm.  Since forming his own firm, Mr. Marino has successfully handled a wide array of personal injury cases, police brutality and motor vehicle accidents.  He has also worked on multi-million dollar lawsuits between some of the largest corporations in America.

Mark Marino attended the University of Notre Dame on a baseball scholarship and graduated, magna cum laude, with a Finance degree.  He then attended Northwestern University Law School and graduated, cum laude, with a concentration in Trial Advocacy.  Mr. Marino is admitted in New York and Illinois, as well as the federal courts sitting in the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and Northern District of Illinois.

Mark Marino is the President of the New York City Attorney Networking Association and serves on the Tort Litigation Committee at The New York City Bar Association.  He has also served as a judge for the moot court competition at New York Law School.
